StarWars.com has just revealed the cover arts for a new series coming out on September 22...
"Fans will experience the original trilogy in an entirely different way, with Star Wars: A New Hope — The Princess, The Scoundrel, and The Farm Boy by Alexandra Bracken (the Darkest Minds series), Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back — So You Want to Be a Jedi by Adam Gidwitz (A Tale Dark & Grimm series), and Star Wars: Return of the Jedi — Beware the Power of the Dark Side! by Tom Angleberger (the Origami Yoda series)."
There is also a free excerpt to read from The Princess, The Scoundrel, and The Farm Boy on the website. I haven't read it myself yet but I'm definitely intrigued by this idea (plus, how sick are the cover arts!?). I thoroughly enjoyed the PT novelizations for many reasons. I loved how the story flowed with the deleted scenes that were included and discovering what the characters were thinking between scenes. From what we've been told, this series is going to be very similar.
