This morning, Vinylmation World posted about a new and very much unforeseen Star Wars Vinylmation set featuring Anakin, Yoda, and Obi-Wan as their spirit selves at the end of Return of the Jedi. First, I'd like to point out that Anakin is the Hayden Christensen version which I think many A/P fans will be quite happy about! This Limited Edition set of 2500 is also a hint at Star Wars Series 6 which is supposedly ROTJ themed. This new set is available for $36.95 on Disneystore.com.
UPDATE
After adding the set to my cart and proceeding to check out, I was informed that it is no longer available. Usually LE sets don't sell out this quickly so I'm not sure if it is an error or if there was only a certain amount available with the rest of the stock saved for the official park release.
Vinylmation World has posted, "Disney will be releasing the new LE Vinylmation set on March 11 at D Street in the Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort; Launch Bay at Disney’s Hollywood Studios; and Star Wars Galactic Outpost at Disney Springs West Side at the Walt Disney World Resort."
