This year, Galaxy's Edge celebrated Life Day officially for the first time with special foods, drinks, and a lot of new merchandise (I put together a Reel showcasing all of the new items)! Everywhere you went, people were either celebrating or inquiring about Life Day which likely means even more fans will come ready with the intention to celebrate next year on November 17th. Even if you're not a fan of the Holiday Special, it's a great day to spend with others who love the same franchise as you do.
I decided to style a Princess Leia Life Day bound for the occasion. I focused on keeping the majority of the pieces white and silver in color so that the red skirt would really pop. I definitely felt like a festive Princess, and it was absolutely so much fun to wear! This bound received the most compliments than any others I've worn to Batuu which I didn't expect. Dressing up and heading to Batuu always makes the day that much more exciting! My friend Bryan from Always Believe was kind enough to help me capture some fantastic shots and video (the video will be available later on Instagram) so that I could document it and share it with you!
