I have such fond memories as a child of waking up every morning in December and having an advent calendar to interact with. It's that "surprise" factor that is so exciting and intriguing. I've always planned to purchase one as an adult but I never did. Thanks to Insight Editions, I now own Star Wars: The Galactic Advent Calendar!
This advent calendar is in the form of a hardbound book that opens up to reveal several pouches filled with little trinkets, some of which include: paper ornaments, buttons, booklets, and more! I decided to open a couple of them to give you a sneak peek into the goodies you'll receive but the rest I will partake in opening in December! I plan to share what I receive each day on Instagram.
I think if you're looking for a fun activity for either yourself or you and your family to engage in, this is the perfect option. As an advent calendar, it really stands out! There are so many out there that feature chocolates or socks, which is fun but it's less of a surprise if you already know what you're getting for the most part.
