Season of the Force - What to Expect


Season of the Force is a huge celebratory Star Wars event that hasn't been part of the Disneyland experience since 2015. After nearly a decade, it will be returning from April 5th to June 2nd. Plus, it'll be taking place during the May the 4th celebration and Star Wars Nites. There is much to look forward to so, let's take a look!

Hyperspace Mountain

A fan favorite is taking over Space Mountain once again! I've personally never been on it but I hear that you'll encounter a Star Destroyer and TIE Fighters!


Star Tours Update

The long-awaited update to the iconic Star Tours ride will include new scenes from the following Disney+ series: Ahsoka, Andor, and The Mandalorian. You may also receive transmissions from Ahsoka Tano, Cassian Andor, Din Djarin, and Grogu.

These exciting updates will also be available at Walt Disney World and Disneyland Paris!


Fire of the Rising Moons

This brand NEW nighttime experience will be available to watch on select nights with special selections from composer John Williams’ Star Wars film scores. Different views of the show can be enjoyed from Black Spire Spaceport, the TIE Echelon docking platform, and the speeder garage. MagicBand+ users will also be able to enjoy the show in an extra special way with colorful lights and ambient vibrations.


New Merchandise

New items to collect will be available on Batuu, the Star Trader, and the Star Wars Trading Post at Downtown Disney. One of the collections that will be available is a Star Tours line which will also be available at WDW. Select items will be available on the Disney Store website.

New Food & Beverages

Hungry travelers can indulge in a variety of themed food and beverages. PLUS, there will be new collectible novelties available for purchase while supplies last, like the Jabba the Hutt Popcorn Bucket pictured above. Star Wars Magic Shots

Calling all Bounty Hunters! Magic Shots and themed Disney PhotoPass Lenses (included with the purchase of Disney Genie+ service) will allow you to join the search for Din Djarin, Grogu, and more complete with a holopuck of course!
