The official Star Wars website revealed this morning that Star Wars: A New Hope will be heading back to theaters on April 30th, 2027 to celebrate the film’s 50th anniversary.
It will be playing in theaters EVERYWHERE for a limited time. Fans can even make plans to watch the film that started it all on May the 4th!
I’m so excited! This was the very first Star Wars film I watched. In fact, I got to see it in theaters back in 1997 for the re-release. I've been hooked ever since. Is it 2027 yet!?
