Yesterday morning at both Batuu West and Batuu East, all legacy lightsabers were marked up by $10 each. Believe it or not, this is the second price increase this year. The last one was back in April, which was also when the price to build a lightsaber at Savi's went up. You can view the prices by scrolling down below.

I absolutely love and collect legacy lightsabers myself. However, I do hope that with this second price increase this year that Disney will begin to make better efforts in designing the ignition switches, and other features on their legacy lightsabers. Replica items should have accurate features, and that includes the switch. I'm not a fan of those cheap little switches that they've used sometimes (Examples: Rey's and Obi-Wan's hilts) that look like something you'd find on the bottom of a children's toy. It has also been reported recently by multiple fans that the pearlescent coating on Leia's lightsaber wears off. This shouldn't be happening with a costly collectible. I purchased Leia's lightsaber in the special boxed set that came with the Reforged Skywalker lightsaber and I've kept them inside since so, I personally haven't witnessed this happening.
LEGACY LIGHTSABER STOCK
For a while, stock wasn't looking so good on Batuu West (Disneyland), but more recently Dok Ondar's has had many hilts available to purchase. The photo above reflects what stock looked like last week (please take note that this photo doesn't reflect the new prices) when I was there. The day after, the Darksaber and Luke Skywalker's hilts became available but just for a short time. I've said it before, and I'll say it again, stock can literally change by the day at Dok Ondar's!
The Darksaber is still the one that sells out the quickest but there is one that's arriving soon that will probably take its place...
CAL KESTIS
We first learned about Cal Kestis' lightsaber being added to the mix back in January. All we know is that it's coming this Fall (Disney had marketing up stating this when the legacy lightsaber was revealed), so it could arrive at Dok's anytime before December 21st, which is the first day of Winter. I'm unaware of any delays but that could potentially happen.
As far as release day speculation goes, it could possibly have a soft release on Batuu East during the lightsaber meet-up on Saturday, November 13th and then be officially released at both parks on Monday, November 15th. Again, please note that this is just speculation based on previous meet-ups and releases. Nothing is confirmed.
