The last time I was at L.A. Comic Con was in 2018, so it felt good to be back celebrating their 10th anniversary! The event is held at the Los Angelas Convention Center and this year's dates were December 3rd-5th. This is probably my second favorite convention to attend after Star Wars Celebration. I love seeing all of the cosplayers and walking the show floor, which is HUGE! While parking can be stressful (get there as early as possible!), and you might have to walk around the corner to get something to eat, the experiences you'll have there make up for it. Today, I'll be sharing with you what my Saturday looked like at the convention. You can also check out this Instagram Reel I put together for even more coverage if you're interested.
One of the first stops we made was the Sideshow booth. There were many cases filled with various statues but Star Wars had its very own section! It's a great way for collectors to determine whether they want to purchase something they've had their eye on. Note: The answer will always be: YES. The detail on these figures are incredible, it's no wonder that more and more fans are choosing these over action figures.
The Book of Boba Fett definitely had a strong presence at the convention! The Hot Topic booth had an awesome photo op set up for the upcoming series which debuts on Disney+, Deceber 29th. They also had a few pieces on display of their new collection that's coming soon. Psst! The zip-up hoodie has already been spotted in stores, for those wondering.

I didn't get nearly as many photographs of the Star Wars Cosplayers as I wanted to due to arriving later than expected, but those that I did cross paths with were amazing! It really felt like there were so many Mandalorian Cosplayers this year, which was awesome.
It's always fun when The R2 Builder's Club are present. We spotted an R2 unit on the floor, and I was lucky enough to run into BB-8 with some fancy eyelashes! Their work is astounding!
While the show floor is filled with booths consisting of artists, vendors, etc., there are always many surprises! This giant blow-up of Grogu was definitely one of them!
I think that Corgis are the cutest, so when I spotted this adorable face whose name is "Bubbles" in a Wicket costume, I couldn't resist a photo! This little guy was at the Tworgis booth, a small shop that sells Corgi-themed gifts and fashion accessories.
This is probably the closest we'll ever get to seeing Grogu and Yoda together. Isn't it amazing!? This metal print is from Comic Con prints. Be sure to check out their website for even more geeky art like this one!
One of my favorite new characters introduced in The Clone Wars was Savage Opress. I get so excited whenever I spot any sort of merchandise with him on it, since it's so rare. I loved this piece featuring him and his brother, Darth Maul, by Scott Hattox.
One of the highlights of LACC was seeing Giancarlo Esposito (Moff Gideon in The Mandalorian) on the Main Stage. This man is so kind and inspiring! While he didn't discuss anything Star Wars related, he talked about his career and shared many inspirational words on self-care and living life to the fullest. He also made an appearance with Ming-Na Wen (Fennec Shand in The Mandalorian) on the Main Stage on Sunday, which you can watch here.
What did I wear? This super cozy Our Universe Ahsoka Tano Half-Zip Sweatshirt thanks to Her Universe. It can get cold at conventions, especially as the day goes on and more people start to leave. I also wore my Ahsoka Loungefly Mini Backpack and obviously had to take a photo in front of their cute photo op wall. These backpacks may be mini, but they literally hold everything you could need including convention must-haves like a water bottle, hand sanitizer, ear plugs, medicine, and a tote bag for shopping.
Special thanks to: L.A. Comic Con for allowing us to cover the event by offering my husband and me press passes.
