There hasn't been a lightsaber meetup on Batuu West since February 29th, 2020. Seeing so many various colored lightsabers ignited all over Batuu is a sight I definitely missed. It was a really awesome, organized turnout! If you haven't been before, you can follow the Galaxy's Edge Discord Facebook Page to stay informed of upcoming events.

I styled a Darth Maul bound which was so much fun, especially since I had never brought his lightsaber to Batuu before! I also got to see some friends and meet new faces which is always a treat. Thank you to everyone who came up to me and said "Hi!".

It was a super cold night, which almost convinced me not to attend, but I decided to hangout inside Docking Bay 7 with Jason until the event began to keep warm. The weather meant lots of layering for me which Siths seem to be all about, so it worked in my favor! The Sith tunic and hooded scarf are both great pieces that you can find at the Black Spire Outfitters shop on Batuu. I swapped the belt the tunic came with for a faux leather wrap belt to add some extra texture.

I was going to do an all black ensemble, similiar to Darth Maul's, but I decided to add a little bit of red with a skirt and spiked choker for an edgier and more feminine look. Dark Side characters are some of my favorite to bound!
