Thanks to Coca-Cola, the Disney Parks, and Star Wars for inviting me to Galaxy's Edge for the Launch Reveal of the upcoming Coca-Cola and Star Wars limited-time campaign! The collection is gorgeous!!! Today, I'm excited to share information about the collaboration, product shots, and short but sweet interviews with the Coca-Cola and Disney Executives.

GLOBAL CREATIVE STRATEGY & CONTENT LEAD - THE COCA-COLA COMPANY
I love that characters from different eras are featured on the Coca-Cola bottles. What were the determining factors in which Star Wars characters would be featured in this collaboration? What did those conversations look like?
So, it was probably one of the hardest things to do, but it was fun because it was very emotional and we had people believing in this and in that. (At the) end of the day, we had a limited number of characters that we had to select, which is thirty, and we wanted to make sure that we represent all generations. Coca-Cola takes pride that it's for everyone. So, we're not for a specific generation or a specific group of people. So, we wanted to live up to that. So, it took time to make sure that we have the new episodes, we have the OG episodes, we have the series that came also along and all of that so that we really have something for everyone. And of course, I mean, if there are characters missing here and there and people talk about them, guess what? This gives us a good excuse to do a Chapter 2.
Which character in the Star Wars galaxy do you think would be the most likely to drink from a Coca-Cola bottle with their face on it?
With their face on it, I think... 'Cause I was going to say Darth Vader, but I'd say Anakin. I think Anakin would definitely go for a Coke.
SVP, CORPORATE ALLIANCES - THE WALT DISNEY COMPANY
Star Wars fans will go wild over this collaboration, especially with exclusives to collect at the Disney Parks. How did that idea come about? How long should we expect them to be available?
So, we know that our fans love that collectibility piece, right? That's the core of what they love about this franchise, too, and so we knew that as part of this, we had to do something to that and so, creating that collectibility piece that you could only get here was a fun element that we wanted to add to the campaign. So, it was hard to pick which characters. There was a lot of internal debate over this, but we settled on the three cans (The Mandalorian and Grogu, a First Order Stormtrooper, and Chewbaccca) and I think everyone will be really happy.
I don't know the exact timing of that (their availability), but I know that we have lots of them ready to go and loaded up to deliver to everyone. And you know, they are not available at Galaxy's Edge, but you'll see them all throughout the Parks.
Which character in the Star Wars galaxy do you think would be the most likely to drink from a Coca-Cola bottle with their face on it?
I think Darth Vader. Yes, that's my vote. I see him like drinking out of the can, and then crushing it.
This was a fun interactive feature that I had the opportunity to try out. It will be available at product launch! I won't have my results for about a week but what I can tell you is that I chose the Dark Side. Big surprise there, right?
By scanning a Coca-Cola can or an advertisement on the street, fans can unlock an incredible AR digital experience and learn about all the collectible cans with beloved characters from the Star Wars universe. Through the experience, fans can record a video of themselves that will be transformed into a Star Wars-style hologram transmission that can be used to share an uplifting message of community empowerment with friends and family.
This campaign trailer is absolutely incredible, and it truly looks like it was an absolute joy to film. I challenge you to see how many Easter eggs you can spot! It took me 3 viewings to see the AT-ST, which I was very excited about by the way You can watch it here.
I had an amazing time celebrating this new Coca-Cola and Star Wars collaboration. Of course, I dressed on theme in a black and red outfit featuring a Lando Calrissian t-shirt. I figured he was the most likely to drink from a Coca-Cola bottle with his face on it since he sort of loves himself.
I got to watch the campaign trailer on a big screen, see the products up close, and even chat with Rey, Chewbacca and R2-D2 along with my friends, Ash and Sheik.
