A few months ago I did a Star Wars Haul showcasing all the newest items I recently acquired. Obviously, I've purchased a decent amount since then and wanted to share them with you! Some of you may have spotted some of these things on my social media accounts, but there are a couple items I was saving specifically for this post. Enjoy!
I originally went to Kohl's for Birthday gifts and as I was in the jewelry department, I decided I might as well check the clearance section to see if there were any treasures to be found. Thank goodness I did check because all of their Star Wars pieces were up to 90% off. I found the last Men's Stainless Steel Millennium Falcon Necklace for only $10 (originally $100)! It's a gorgeous necklace with a 22 inch chain and fantastic details! If you're interested in these pieces, I'd suggest checking your nearest store for the clearance items since the online prices don't always reflect the in-store sale. This particular necklace is currently priced at $35 online.
A month ago or so, I shared on social media that I had finally spotted the Star Wars Hotwheels, including the BB-8 Car. At the time, I didn't buy him and seriously regretted it. He's so cute and tiny! So when I found him again for $3.99 at Target, I didn't make the same mistake. He stood out among all my household items on the conveyor belt and it was a beautiful sight. Yes, I do plan to open him at some point.
All of you probably know that I got my Hallmark Online Exclusive Han Solo Itty Bitty by now. I quite honestly believe he is the best Itty Bitty that has been created yet. I just want to bite him! He's still available to order online for $6.95! Get it while you can!
When we first got married, almost eight years ago, I played it very safe with decor and color choices in our new place. The large black rug ended up being a little too much with all the other black pieces in our living room. As soon as I discovered the Millennium Falcon Rug (we purchased the small size but it's also available in large) from ThinkGeek, I knew it would be the perfect layering piece to create the contrast I was longing for. The fact that the Falcon looks like it's flying in space is an added bonus!
How could I not purchase these? I even Periscoped an unboxing (yes, you read that right) because I was curious to see all the different prints that were inside. To my surprise, there were way more than I expected! Band-aids really do make paper cuts and other unfortunate scrapes feel better. Especially ones infused with the force. I couldn't find a link for them to Target but Walgreens also has them for $3.99 here.
The Snowtrooper Pop has been on my "wants list" for a long time. I'm rather obsessed with Troopers and absolutely love this mold and am so happy to finally have him in my collection! The Royal Guard is one of my husband's favorites and was also another one I was looking to get. He is an out-of-the-box collector, which is fine though it's painful for me to watch. And finally, I have my first Han Solo Pop! I JUST got him this week through a trade. I wasn't sure if I would ever be able to get him since he was a Lootcrate Exclusive. I preferred Han in his Snow Gear over the regular version because every time I look at this one, it reminds of the "That's not how the force works!" scene, which I adore.
My mom gifted me this Funko Pop Captain Phasma Pen from Hot Topic and it's my new favorite! After also receiving the Exclusive Chewbacca Pen in my March Smuggler's Bounty Box, I decided to recreate a hilarious scene from The Force Awakens using both pens. You can watch the video here. My husband and I still can't stop watching it! Hopefully you enjoy it too :)
I'm officially a Black Series girl! I found Captain Phasma at Toys "R" Us a few months ago and have since then seen her in several stores. Hopefully other characters will also become easier to find as time passes! And thanks to Chris Pirillo, I was able to snatch one of the very few Ahsoka Tano figures available from The Incredible Toy Box. Isn't it great that Hasbro went for accuracy and made Phasma taller than Ahsoka? I love details like that!
