Star Wars Tsum Tsums are just around the corner from making their debut on February 16th! If you want to get your hands on these adorable plushies, plan on staying up until midnight to order them directly from the Disney Store website or wake up early to stand in line at a Disney Store near you. Trust me, I've been part of this craziness for a while and you'll want to be prepared! There is even a limit of 2 per character that you can purchase now. Not to mention the $1 increase (now $5.95) that has taken affect this year. The Japanese plush has been in high demand ever since they began doing Tsum Tsum Tuesday with new releases on the first Tuesday of every month. Now there is said to be multiple sets releasing. It seems true as the Star Wars collection will be the second set released in February (Zootopia is the first).

The photos above were released this morning on the tsumtsumgang Instagram. I am completely shocked that The Phantom Menace characters have been included and could not be more excited for both sets!! They are all so uniquely made and obviously adorable and I can't wait to get official glam shots! I need to see faces.

UPDATE

DisneyTsumTsum.com is reporting that only the Old Trilogy set is being released on February 16th and that C-3PO (not pictured) will also be part of the set. There is no news yet when The Phantom Menace set will debut. Stay tuned for more information!

Star Wars Tsum Tsum Release Date & Photos | Anakin And His Angel

The photo above was shared this morning in the Vinylmation Exchange Group. Not only does this confirm that the first Star Wars set will be released on February 16th but the particular wording leads me to believe that we will be seeing many more Star Wars Tsum Tsums sets. I would assume we'll see a set to represent each Star Wars film and possibly the cartoons. I would hope that they would cover The Clone Wars but I would definitely expect to see Rebels at some point.
