During our second trip to Galaxy's Edge my husband, Jason, and I ate at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, a quick service restaurant with an exciting atmosphere on Batuu. It is located between Ronto Roasters and Smuggler's Run. You'll know you're headed in the right direction when you see a multi-transport shuttle on the roof! You might want to take a closer look at the cargo that the shuttle is carrying while you're there too.

Outside of the restaurant is a partial menu of what you can expect to find inside. These are the items that are available all day, however, there are additional options available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything is $18.99 and under. If you have any kind of food allergies, I'd recommend checking out the menu before you go! Docking Bay 7 also has mobile ordering available for your convenience.

I would suggest that before or after going inside, that you observe the outside of Docking Bay 7 as much as the inside. There's a lot of great detail to take in. All of the hard work that has been put into bringing Galaxy's Edge to life is worthy of admiration and praise. The way everything looks and feels is what truly makes you feel like you're in a different world.

We had a little bit of a line to get inside but neither of us minded as we had the best view to entertain us while we waited, the Millennium Falcon! Though I honestly think that waiting in line for anything at Galaxy's Edge is exciting since there's so much to look at. Once we got inside we were both extremely surprised by how large the place was! It's super roomy and there are many seats available both indoors and outdoors. There are even cargo containers that you can sit in with your family and friends - OBSESSED! The overall aesthetic of this place was truly incredible. I was particularly fond of this large canister of Bantha milk. For the record, it's the Bantha that won my affection, not the milk.

The food options here are very unique. Both of us chose items from the "All-Day Entrées" list. The prices are at least a few dollars more than what you would pay outside of Galaxy's Edge. They don't give you as much food but I will say that we very much enjoyed what we ate and found our stomachs to be satisfied though Jason can always eat more.

Jason ordered the Smoked Kaadu Ribs ($16.99 before the AP discount) which is essentially Sticky Pork Ribs. It comes with Cabbage Slaw and a Blueberry Corn Muffin. I tasted everything from his plate and liked it, especially the Blueberry Corn Muffin! YUM! I ordered the Fried Endorian Tip-Yip ($15.49 before the AP discount) which was like crispy chicken but soft. It was quite tasty! My meal came with Roasted Vegatable Potato Mash and Herb Gravy which was also very good and complimented the Tip-Yip perfectly.

As for dessert, I tried the Batuu-bon ($6.99 before the AP discount) because everyone I know who tried it loved it! It's a small and round Chocolate Cake with White Chocolate Mousse and Coffee Custard inside. It was really good and definitely sweet! The bit of green sauce, which I'm still unaware of what it actually is, was not my thing though.

I have to apologize that there aren't more food photos. I suppose I was hungry from our adventures. However, you can see the food up close including a tour of the place in this vlog.
