Last October, prices were raised to build a droid at the Droid Depot and a lightsaber at Savi's Workshop at Galaxy's Edge. But as of January 26th, the prices dropped back to where they were before but only at Disneyland (at least, for now). Is this a special deal for the 100th Celebration of The Walt Disney Company beginning TODAY at the parks? Or is it the influence of Bob Iger himself since he's back at the helm? I'm hoping that it's a more permanent change!
(Price DECREASE from $119.99 - $99.99)
Previously, the cost to build a custom droid was $119.99 but it is now $99.99. This is the original price it cost to build a droid back when Galaxy's Edge first opened in 2019. You can read my review of the experience I had when building my droid, BB-HRT, here.
(Price DECREASE from $249.99 - $219.99)
To build a custom lightsaber, the cost was $249.99 but it is now $219.99. Originally, when Galaxy's Edge first opened in 2019, it cost $199.99 to build a lightsaber.
